HOW TO REQUEST IMAGES AND CONDITIONS FOR CONSULTATION OR REQUESTS FOR REPRODUCTION FOR CULTURAL OR CHARITY PURPOSES

TYPES OF REQUESTS AND METHODS
A. We do not accept requests for images intended for publications and creations of editorial works (on any medium) made by publishing houses or in any case intended for printing.
The maps are reserved only for study and free consultation. l'Accimo reserves the authorization to consult original works or high-definition images depending on the type and availability of the prints.

B. Requests for images intended for editorial creations (on any medium) for the realization of exhibitions and other cultural events can be evaluated according to the aims of the initiative which in any case must not be for profit.

D. We do not accept requests for images for promotional uses (which do not involve the creation of publications) and for any other initiative not included in cases A, B,C



E. The purpose for which the reproduction is requested and the print run or quantity must be specified on the application. of products to be created. The authorization must specify that the right is granted. limited to that specific request and that for a different use a new application must be made which must be subject to further authorization

F. in the case of a request for reproduction of originals held by ACCIMO, the reproduction operations of the image can be carried out by the applicant but, in any case, must be carried out on site under the constant supervision of a person in charge of the Management .

G. ACCIMO will have the faculty; to request a copy of the publication made.
